Authentic Stories from Diners
Me and my wife just got married here in June 2026 and it was the absolute PERFECT venue. Stunning views, the hall is beautiful- still retaining it character charm whilst being modern, we had awful weather but it didn't seem to matter at all because of the perfect surroundings. Geraldine & everyone at the hall are great and fabulous communicators, Sarah & her team at The Kitchen Window (who run the cafe and also handled our co-ordination and catering) were simply outstanding, nothing was too much to ask. If you're looking for a peaceful, gorgeous and cozy venue for your wedding- look no further!
Really enjoyed coffee and cake a couple of weeks ago. Lovely views, even on a rainy day. Nice clean toilets and wheelchair friendly lift.
This is an amazing wedding venue. The committee who look after the hall were so friendly and helpful all through the planning process, answering any questions we had. The venue itself was just perfect - it's beautifully done and has lots of different spaces, which was great. There were rooms for children to have their own space to play and quieter spaces for people to go if they wanted. On top of everything else, there are beautiful views. We were very glad we chose this as our wedding venue.
