Authentic Stories from Diners
Visited today for a meal with my boyfriend and ordered two double cheese burgers. Both of us were not impressed with the look or taste of them. They were quite tasteless and looked like frozen patties. The ketchup from little sachets was of a very poor quality. Should not be even called tomato sauce as was tasteless and looking anything but yummy. This whole meal could benefit from some improvement. We could have gone to McDonalds down the road and got the same for half the price. Also the table was sticky and the sleeves of my jumper got stuck to it a few times. Overall not a great experience and will not be returning.
Bad experience on a weekday, went in for dinner and the staff couldn't be bothered to greet us or show us to a table, just told "theres menus on the table" The food is "Indian inspired" fried street food, might be good but n.ot many healthy options. And when I tried to order, despite making eye contact several times, nobody came to pick it up (other people that walked in after us were served). We ended up eating elsewhere.
Delicious dinner served by the wonderful Aiden who couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Treated our dog like a king too. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Balloch, we loved ir
