Lovely food and service. 5 minutes from Callander with a secluded beer garden where you can sit outside and relax.(Weather permitting) It is dog friendly and our Labrador Ollie knows he gets a treat on his visit. If ordering a coffee don't forget to order a chocolate truffle with it for an extra treat to finish off your visit. You won't be disappointed.
Great experience! The Soup of the Day (Creamy Tomato) was very delicious, I loved it! For the Steak, I was surprised by the presentation; it was served almost like a soup with meat. It was a new idea for me, and the taste was good. The place is absolutely charming and the atmosphere is beautiful. Overall, a lovely experience!
Nice pub and restaurant just outside Callander. Good choice of beers, 3 hand pumps and a bottle shop next door. Didn't eat this time but have eaten before, fine! Dog friendly and open fire.
